This special offering weaves together grounding Yin and Restorative yoga, spacious breathwork, a guided meditation for renewal, and a healing live sound journey featuring ambient music and crystal singing bowls. Expect to unwind deeply, soften into presence, release the heaviness of the past year, and create space for what you wish to invite in 2026.

Whether you’re seeking emotional reset, physical ease, spiritual connection, or simply a peaceful way to begin the year, this workshop will leave you feeling refreshed, open, and aligned.
