ALL LEVELS This high-intensity, full-body workout is a mixture of Russian Kettlebell (ballistic swings and more), yoga, TRX strap-assisted cardio, and tons of core exercises. Please tell the teacher about any ongoing and new injuries you may have prior to starting this class; and as with any new exercise routine, check with your health care provider before your first class to ensure it is suitable exercise for you. Modifications will be given when needed, however participants of Strength & Conditioning must be capable of deep squatting, bending over fully, kneeling, laying on stomach and pressing at least 5 lbs over head. If these can not be achieved, you are unlikely to derive benefit from this particular class. Suitable for beginners to advanced, go at your own pace.
