Take your edge, relax your muscles, and breathe in floor postures held at least 3 to 5 minutes. These postures gently stretch soft connective tissue, giving the body more flexibility and mobility at a deeper core level. When practiced over time, Yin Yoga helps properly realign the bones and increases mobility of the joints. It is a quiet, meditative practice that promotes a sense of peaceful inner joy.
